How to create new Demo or Trial Tenant
Follow the below steps to create a new Microsoft Office 365 tenant.
- Go to the Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) site.
- Navigate to My Environments.
- Under My Tenants, on the right-side, click Create Tenant button.
- Choose the required Tenant type, location, content type and proceed to create a new tenant.
How to view My Microsoft 365 Tenant details
Follow the below steps to view the previously created Office 365 tenants.
- Go to the Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) site.
- Navigate to My Environments.
- Locate My Tenants details table.
- Access Credentials from Dropdown.
- Click on the tenant name to view details of the tenant including the expiration date, location, status, admin user account, and admin password.
How to delete an existing Office 365 Tenant
Follow the below steps to delete the previously created Office 365 tenants.
- Go to the Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) site.
- Navigate to My Environments.
- Locate My Tenants or My Legacy Tenants Details table.
- In the required tenant’s row, click the Delete button to remove the tenant.
